Kenton C. Anderson is a Canadian, living in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is married to Karen Anderson, who serves as a chaplain to senior citizens, working with Baptist Housing at Shannon Oaks and Clarendon Court, also in Vancouver. T/hey have been happily married for more than three decades.
Kent has three adult children, Kelsey Fast who is a piano teacher and gardener, living with her husband, Matt Fast in Kamloops, BC. Matt is a youth pastor at Dallas-Barnhartvale Baptist Church. Kirk Anderson lives in Vancouver, and works for Apple Canada. Katelyn Lane is a jeweller, working in Surrey, BC, and living in Langley. Her husband, Doug Lane works with senior citizens in Langley. Kent has one grandchild, Graham Fast, with more on the way. The legacy continues!
In his personal time, Kent loves to play golf or to go cycling. He is also a musician, playing acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and ukulele. More recently, he has become a drummer. He regularly plays all these instruments in the band at Parkland Fellowship, his home church.
Kent loves the arts, regularly attending the theatre, symphony, opera, and ballet. He also is a huge fan of the Vancouver Canucks, Whitecaps, and BC Lions.
